Though highly simplified, this Saturn V-style rocket is fairly close to scale. I referred to documentation on NASA’s website to get the size of actual Saturn V rockets, then used my client’s specification for the maximum height of the finished piece to determine the measurements for my version. For shipping purposes, the rocket separates into two sections joined by a snug-fitting dowel.
